Terms and Conditions for tutors and parents/students.

1. Registration for tutors and students is free.
2. A 50% commission of the first month's fee should be made payable by the parents     to the Agency after the first 2 weeks. The remaining 50% shall be paid to the tutor     by the parent after completion of the preliminary one month period. There will be     no extra charges thereafter.
3. Tutors who fail to complete the mandatory 4 weeks or preliminary tutoring will be     liable to pay $50 to the Agency.
4. Should any tutor be found to have faked his examination results, he will     immediately be terminated from Jam Tuition Agency.
5. By registering with us, you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions found in this     section.
